Begin with a thrilling scenic Helicopter Line flight over all three ice falls of the Franz Josef Glacier.
Land high on the glacier where you will be guided by an experience guide on a two hour walk through the spectacular alpine environment by a Franz Josef Glacier Guide.
The helicopter will return you to the village for a refreshment break before you contiune your New Zealand glacier adventure with a Glacier Kayak tour on Lake Mapourika.
We have included a 2 course meal at the Landing Resturant & Bar for either lunch or dinner.

Kayak Rental (up to 3 hours on the water - budget 4 hours with us).
With all equipment provided including dry bags and hand held radios plus paddle instruction and hints and safety directions depending on your level of ability, you can explore the lake for three hours, meeting us for transport back to the village.
